Standard Manifold Block

After inserting heater in a block, copper cover is compressed to prevent heat loss and this increases heat conductivity of the manifold block. As the manifolds are consists of heat and chemical oxidation resistance, they can be operated for a long period.

Special Manifold Block

In some cases, manifolds are produced in balance-centric shapes not in general T, X, or Y types. Resin flows are optimized by applying two –level resin way in manifolds, stacking manifolds.
